Customer Complaints Handling Procedure

As a member of the National Federation of Property Professionals, Harbour Residential Ltd aims to provide the highest standards of service to all Landlords and Tenants. To ensure your interests are safeguarded, we have a complaints procedure structured to ensure that any concerns are dealt with as efficiently as possible with the following process:

    1) Please speak or email to your Negotiator or person with whom you are in contact with regarding your Property/your Tenancy.
    2) If you believe you have a grievance, please write in the first instance to the address below or email to

    3) The grievance will be acknowledged immediately, investigated thoroughly in accordance with the established "in-house" procedures and a reply sent to the complainant within seven working days of the receipt of the letter.
    4) If the complainant is dissatisfied with the result of the internal investigation, please write to the Director of Harbour Residential Ltd at the address below:

    5) If the complainant is still not satisfied, Harbour Residential Ltd offers mediation between the complainant and the company.
    6) If the complainant remains dissatisfied, Harbour Residential Ltd will provide a referral to binding arbitration in accordance with the Property Ombudsman and National Federation of Property Professionals whereby complaints will be referred to them for investigation.
